Booking Details

The reservation is valid only for the number of guests declared at the time of booking. Any additional guest must be declared in advance. If anyone other than the registered guests will be staying at the villa, please inform us before arrival.

• Additional guests who have not been declared in the reservation are not permitted.
• The property may only be used by registered guests.

The hot tub is intended exclusively for hot tub use and must not be used as a shower.

For showering, please use the upstairs bathroom.

🔧 Activation

The hot tub is not activated automatically. For safety and maintenance reasons, it is activated remotely by the host. If you would like to use it, please contact us first so that we can activate it.

🕒 Usage Duration

The hot tub may be used for up to 90 minutes per day for practical and technical reasons.

📘 Instructions

Detailed instructions are available in the bathroom.

Please read them before use, as pressing the wrong buttons may cause damage.

Basic instructions:

• Fill the tub with hot or cold water to the desired level.
• Press only the ON/OFF button. Do not press any other buttons or activate additional functions.

If there is no hot water for any reason, please inform us immediately – the issue can usually be resolved quickly.

❗ Important Notes

• Do not add soap, shower gel, oils or any other substances to the hot tub.
• For safety reasons, use by more than the permitted number of guests (2) is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized use or damage caused by incorrect operation may result in an additional charge.

Use of the fireplace is permitted only after prior arrangement with the host.

Throwing rubbish or waste into the fireplace is strictly prohibited.

Firewood is provided free of charge on the first day of your stay. After that, the charge is €10 per day.

Fireplace use is permitted from October 1st to March 31st.

IMPORTANT! Please do not flush paper, tissues or wipes down the toilets. Please use the waste bin provided.

White towels are intended for body use. For make-up or hair dye, please use the designated make-up towels.

If you require additional towels, please contact us.

For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests:

• Please avoid loud noise and music during quiet hours.
• Parties and events are not permitted at the property.

• The property must be left in good condition. The applicable terms and conditions for Airbnb / short-term rental properties apply.
• Please collect and dispose of your rubbish appropriately. Please use the property, equipment and linen responsibly. In case of damage or excessive mess, an additional charge may apply in accordance with the property policy.
